Level 1: Fundamentals of Reiki Practitioner

In this 2-day class, you will discover the foundations of this ancient modality and how to channel and hold the ray of energy to perform the hands on healing for others.

Included also are metaphysical teachings on the paths we walk as spirit-beings on earth and our connection to God.

In this training, you will learn:

- History and Lineage

- Metaphysics and Kabbalah

- Learn how to perform a complete Ensofic Reiki session

- Techniques and exercises on how to bring stillness to the mind

- Methods for improved stress release and relaxation

- Introduction and use of Ensofic Reiki symbols

- Daily living practices for Ensofic Reiki

- Circulation massage to assist clients in healing

Level 2: Intermediate Reiki Practitioner

This one day class teaches you how to remove bad habits and thinking patterns from their root in the brain so you can experience a shift, e.g. releasing overthinking

At this level you will learn:

- How to perform distance healings

- How to clear unwanted habits

- Application of Ensofic Reiki™ symbols and mantras to enhance healing
